I have immense pride in my food culture and it is this pride that motivates me to provide an exceptional dining experience as both a personal chef and caterer. My knowledge ranges from fine dining to family recipes handed down over generations. I have designed a number of menus that use only the finest Louisiana vegetables and seafood, organic and unique ethnic products. Pricing:

 

Personal Chef Service*

(minimum of 4 bookings per week)

$100 dinner

$75 lunch or brunch,

$50 breakfast


*Includes menu design, product selection, preparation, table service, and clean up.

Does not include groceries.

 

Weekly Drop Service

$250 per week for dinner, plus    

groceries and fuel for long distances

All parties are different, so prices vary.
